💰 Compensation: $170,000 – $230,000 + Equity

🌟 About the Role

This is not a research-only position. You will design, build, and own AI-powered features that directly impact a live marketplace, including candidate matching, scoring systems, and intelligent automation.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy AI and LLM features in production
Own systems end-to-end: design, development, deployment, and iteration
Develop matching, ranking, and automation solutions
Choose between prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and pre-trained models
Transform messy real-world data into scalable AI products

🛠 Required Skills

4+ years of software engineering experience
Hands-on experience deploying LLMs in production
Strong understanding of:
- LLM APIs
- Embeddings
- Vector databases
- Fine-tuning
Ability to build end-to-end AI systems
Backend or full-stack development experience

💡 Preferred Qualifications

Experience in early-stage startups or founding teams
Worked on AI-native products
Exposure to recruiting or talent platforms
