Astute Technology Management is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead business development initiatives.
📍 Location: Dublin (On-site with hybrid option available after 90 days)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
💰 On-Target Earnings: $140,000 ($70,000 base salary + commission)
🌟 About the Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, leading Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and representing the company at networking and industry events.
This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong B2B sales experience and a passion for helping businesses leverage technology solutions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Generate and close new business opportunities
Build strategic alliances and referral partnerships
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
Coach and mentor Business Development Representatives
Represent the company at conferences and networking events
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
✅ Requirements
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience managing team members is preferred
Technical or IT industry knowledge is a strong advantage
Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States
