This role supports Goldman Sachs's global real estate investment platform, advising on acquisitions, development, construction, financing, leasing, joint ventures, asset management, and dispositions across multiple property sectors throughout the Americas.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and execute debt and equity real estate transactions

• Support ongoing asset management activities

• Manage outside counsel and oversee legal due diligence

• Address fund and fiduciary matters related to transactions

• Coordinate with compliance, risk, and other internal control teams

✅ Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant legal experience

• Background in a top law firm, financial institution, or institutional real estate company

• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, construction, financing, and joint venture agreements

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with REITs is a plus
