🎯 Role Overview
As an AI QA Orchestrator, you will lead quality assurance initiatives using AI-powered systems to ensure software products meet the highest standards of reliability, functionality, and security.
You will also contribute to refining internal QA processes and mentoring junior team members.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
Build self-healing automated test suites using BlinqIO
Convert client communications (Email, WhatsApp, Loom) into structured 10-point Definition of Done tickets
Write test scenarios before development begins (Shift-Left QA)
Perform AI-assisted API testing using Postman
Conduct feature gap analysis and identify missing logic
Generate security and logic audit reports using LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini
Lead final QA sign-off and prepare weekly Quality Pulse reports
🛠 Required Technical Stack
✅ Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in Software Testing or QA
Advanced prompt engineering and AI-assisted testing skills
Strong understanding of the Testing Pyramid and Generative AI concepts
Excellent technical writing and requirement analysis abilities
Proven problem-solving skills with AI-suggested fixes
