Tycoon Robert Durst, sentenced to life in prison for murder

American real estate mogul Robert Durst was sentenced in a Los Angeles, California court to life in prison for the 2000 murder of his best friend Susan Berman. The man allegedly committed the crime to prevent Berman from giving information to the police about the disappearance of Kathleen Durst, his wife, two decades earlier.
