France warns residents of unauthorized encryption sites
French authorities recently warned investors about unauthorized crypto services like other countries, and two regulators, the Funders Authority (AMF) and the Judicial Oversight and Analytics Authority ACPR)..
By updating the list of blacklisted platforms that provide crypto and forex investments without proper licensing, the Arab Monetary Fund published this list on its website on Friday.
The foreign exchange fund regulates the French financial market, its participants, and the investment products distributed across the markets. It also ensures that investors are adequately informed.
In addition, it is a driving force behind regulatory change at European and international levels, and the Board maintains the stability of the financial system and protects clients.
The authority also represents France in international and European bodies responsible for supervising the insurance and banking sectors.
Blacklist of French Crypto Regulators
The published list also included four sites related to crypto derivative investments, along with twelve forex related sites.
According to the regulators, the listed platforms offer investment services without a proper license. The African Monetary Fund and the Asian Investor Protection Council regularly update this list to protect investors from potential fraudulent investments.
The authority has also included links to a list of authorized entities for investors to consult, to ensure that the broker offering you financial products or services is authorized to operate in France.

Regulators are also advising investors not to use the services of any broker not included in either of these two lists, as the latest warning from the Asian Monetary Fund comes after Mellanion Capital launched.
